Ex-Tropical Cyclone Anika located near 15.8S 106.3E moving ESE at 12 knots.
Ridge 28S080E to high 1031hPa near 42S100E to 43S120E to 38S129E.
Surface trough near 33S112E 34S115E then extending inland. Trough near
stationary.
Low 998 hPa near 10.2S 89.2E moving east at 21 knots. 

PART 3  FORECAST
Within 120nm of ridge:
Variable winds to 15 knots slight seas low to moderate swell. Winds increasing
to S'ly 15/25 knots between 120E/129E until 211200UTC. Moderate seas low to
moderate swell.
North of continent, east of 115E:
SW/SE winds 10/15 knots. Slight seas. Low swell.
Remainder north of ridge outside warning area 1: 
S/SE winds 15/25 knots tending S/SW 5/15 knots east of 100E between 20S/30S.
Winds increasing to S/SE'ly 25/33 knots within 60nm of warning area 1. Winds
tending clockwise 20/30 knots within 100nm of Ex-Tropical Cyclone Anika and
within 100nm of low as in Part 2. Moderate to rough seas. Low to moderate swell.

N/NW winds 15/25 knots increasing to 25/33 knots within 60nm of warning area 2.
