Synoptic Situation at 3:00 am EST Sunday
A trough is expected to move over the region this morning. A large high will
move east into the Great Australian Bight, strengthening a ridge over
Queensland. 

Forecast
Sunday until midnight: Wind: Variable 5/10 knots, tending S/SE 10/15 knots
during the day. Sea: to 1.2 metres. Isolated showers.  
Monday: Wind: SW/SE 20/25 knots, easing to 15/20 knots in the afternoon. Sea:
2.2 metres in the Capricorn Channel, decreasing to 1.7 metres in the afternoon.
Isolated showers clearing late in the day. 
Tuesday: Wind: SW/SE 20/30 knots, easing to 15/20 knots in the afternoon. 
Wednesday: Wind: SW/SE 15/20 knots, tending SE/NE 10/15 knots in the afternoon.
